Refund policy
14-day refund
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
Request a refund through paddle.net: look up your order with the email you used to buy. You can also email support@startpharmacareer.com from that same address. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method.
Orders that include coaching
If you have already had a coaching session from your order, we refund the order minus the standard single-session price for each session used.
Instalment plans
If you paid in instalments, a refund within 14 days covers the payments made so far and cancels the remaining payments.
Fair use
We may decline a refund where the policy is clearly being abused. An example is repeated purchase-and-refund cycles on the same course.
After 14 days
Payments are not refundable after 14 days, except where the law requires it. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

These follow the 15-day rule in our terms.
