Who we are

This website and the Break Into Pharma NOW course are provided by Diabetes Simulations, trading as Simulations ("Simulations", "we", "us"), 1209 Mountain Road Place NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. When you buy the course, your agreement for the course is with Simulations.

Accepting these terms

By using this website or the course, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or the course.

Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, tax, invoices and payment-related customer service, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to your payment. Prices include any applicable tax. If you choose to pay in 3 monthly instalments, the plan ends automatically after the third payment. If an instalment fails or is cancelled before the plan is paid, we may pause your access until the balance is paid.

What you get

You get online access to the course edition you bought (Global or Saudi), taught in English, plus the toolkit and any coaching sessions included in your purchase. Access lasts 12 months from the date of purchase (for instalment plans, from the first payment).

Your licence and acceptable use

Your access is personal to you and cannot be transferred. You may not:

• share your login;
• record, copy, download, resell or republish the course;
• use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive, including spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property;
• interfere with the site's security, for example by spreading malware, probing for weaknesses or scraping content.

Our content

We own the course, its videos, scripts, toolkit and website, and all intellectual property in them. Course narration uses AI voices; see our AI voice disclosure.

No job guarantee; not professional advice

The course is career education. It does not guarantee a job, an interview or any career outcome. Nothing in it is medical, legal or financial advice.

Availability

We work to keep the site and videos available, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Coaching sessions

You can reschedule or cancel a booked coaching session up to 15 days before its start time. Less than 15 days before the start time, or if you do not attend, the session counts as used: it is not refunded and cannot be rescheduled. If we need to cancel, we will offer a new time or refund that session.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if:

• you seriously or repeatedly break these terms;
• you do not pay;
• your account creates a security or fraud risk.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA. You keep any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
